Each Pretty StickOns set is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

• Processing Time: 3–7 business days
• Orders are shipped via DTDC or Blue Dart, depending on your location.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns

At Pretty StickOns, each nail set is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom-made and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds
• Order cancellations once an order has been placed

Please ensure you select the correct nail size before purchasing. We strongly recommend using our Size Guide and Measuring Guide to achieve the best fit.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@prettystickons.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

As each set is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, artwork, and embellishment placement may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
